This blog was started during the winter holiday season 2008-2009.

The purpose of this blog is to:

• foster more communication between us, since we are now split among three continents
• allow for a more interactive experience than email by inserting pictures directly into the text
• keep more memories of both small and large events
• encourage each other to write and reflect more
• make Mommy better at using a computer
